HZD Series bin blender

Main application

This equipment can execute automatically raising, clamping, blending and lowering tasks. One main machine can be configured with various bin specifications, so different batches and requirements for various blending can be satisfied. Working principle

This equipment is composed of frame, rotating cage, drive, lifting, brake and control systems. During running, firstly, load the bin in the rotating cage and press "Confirm" key on the touch panel, the bin will be automatically raised in position and clamped. After the reception of clamped signal by the sensors the drive system starts blending task according to the set time and rotation speed. After reaching all the set parameters, the brake system operates automatically to stop the rotating cage to a horizontal position and the blending task is finished. Then, the lifting system works to lower the bin on the ground and after reaching that position, it stops automatically. Finally, data of this batch are printed. Move out the bin from the rotating cage to transfer it for the next process.

Working principle

This equipment is composed of column, frame, bin blending fork carriage, drive, lifting, brake and control systems. During running, firstly, load the blending carriage and lock the nuts. Start the control system, the blending carriage is automatically raised to the blending height and reliably positioned. Then the drive system starts blending task according to the set time and rotation speed. After all the set parameters have been reached, the brake system operates automatically to stop the blending carriage to a horizontal position and the blending task is finish. Then, the lifting system works to lower the bin on the ground and stops automatically on reaching that position. Finally, data of this batch are printed. Unfasten the nuts of the bin blending fork carriage and move out the bin to transfer it for the next process.
